Defend and promote the excellence of Sevillian products and their producers.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Every year, the Seville Academy of Gastronomy and Tourism dedicates its activities to a flagship product of the province, with the Sevillian table olives, bread, breadsticks and rega\u00f1\u00e1, rice from the Guadalquivir Marshes, and wine from the province of Seville
