Death By Langostinos
The Seville Academy of Gastronomy and Tourism has 3 main objectives:
1. Defend and promote the gastronomic personality of Seville
2. Defend and promote the Tapas Culture as genuinely Sevillian
3. Defend and promote the excellence of Sevillian products and their producers.
Every year the Seville Academy of Gastronomy and Tourism intensely dedicates its activity to a leading product of the province, with the Seville table olives, bread, breadsticks and regañá and rice from the Guadalquivir Marshes being the stars.
