Death By Langostinos
The Seville Academy of Gastronomy and Tourism has 3 main objectives:
1. Defend and promote the gastronomic personality of Seville
2. Defend and promote the Tapas Culture as genuinely Sevillian
3. Defend and promote the excellence of Sevillian products and their producers.
Every year, the Seville Academy of Gastronomy and Tourism dedicates its activities to a flagship product of the province, with the Sevillian table olives, bread, breadsticks and regañá, rice from the Guadalquivir Marshes, and wine from the province of Seville having been featured.
